While teabag folding has been around for many, many years, it always had a fairly basic look to it. Then once card makers discovered the beauty of its dimensionality, it was incorporated into the craft of card making. Traditionally, teabag folding was always represented by a "medallion" shape. While it looks pretty, it could get a little boring.
